Senior Staff Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at our award-winning private hospital in South Kent. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in leading a team to provide patient-centred care and maintain high clinical standards.

About the Role:

As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care, ensuring all care areas are safe and effective. You will also step into the leadership role in the absence of the Ward Manager, providing guidance to the team and ensuring continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding nursing care to patients, ensuring high standards are met in every aspect of care.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Have basic phlebotomy skills and experience with ECG monitoring.
