Senior Staff Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our prestigious private hospital in Tunbridge Wells. As part of our Surgical Nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate daily operations to ensure seamless patient care
  • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and raising concerns to the Ward Manager
  • Provide support and guidance to nursing team members and students
  • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient workflow
  • Make safe discharge decisions in collaboration with our consultant team
  • Administer individualised nursing care and procedures in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • NMC registration without restrictions or conditions
  • Minimum of 1 year of senior nursing experience
  • Ward experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and patient care skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions
