Automotive Workshop Supervisor

The SMB College Group is a leading provider of education and training in land-based, technical, trade, and creative arts. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Workshop Supervisor to join our team at the Stephenson Campus.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead by example in carrying out workshop duties efficiently, demonstrating high levels of health and safety, and supporting staff and students during the delivery of practical sessions. The successful candidate will have a passion for the sector, practical experience of operating within a workshop environment, and a desire to share their knowledge with the next generation of engineering students.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example in carrying out workshop duties efficiently
- Demonstrate high levels of health and safety and ensure a safe place of work
- Support staff and students during the delivery of practical sessions
- Maintain and improve the workshop facilities and contribute to the continued improvement of the automotive and engineering programmes
