We are now seeking a creative and inspiring individual to join our team as a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager in Marylebone, London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Ambassador: Share our values and bring life to our products.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate the team with branding and product knowledge, leading with compassion and understanding while delivering strong sales results.
  • Store Operations: Analyze and follow up on sales and KPIs, implement and follow up on store operations, and ensure the store execution meets brand standards.
  • Visual Merchandising: Implement and follow up on visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance and customer experience.
  • Loss Prevention: Actively prevent loss together with the store team, ensuring all appropriate audit guidelines are being followed.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance in the store is managed in a cost-efficient way.
Requirements
  • Education: High School graduate or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years in managerial experience, 4+ years in retail sales experience, fashion is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, adaptability, high organizational skills, basic computer skills such as Shopify, RLM, Microsoft Office.
  • Language: Bilingual (preferred).
