Job Title: Apprentice Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our Outpatient Physiotherapist team at The London Clinic, based at our main site in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advanced physiotherapeutic assessment and treatment to patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working as a Band 6 physiotherapist in musculoskeletal outpatients, with experience in all core areas and a thorough understanding of various Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic conditions. You will be expected to utilise clinical and organisational skills to meet the needs of both patients and The Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced physiotherapeutic assessment of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions.
  • Utilise clinical and organisational skills to meet the needs of both patients and The Clinic.
  • Work within clinical guidelines and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy guidelines.
  • Monitor own and others quality of practice as appropriate.
  • Work effectively with patients whose first language is not English using a range of verbal and non-verbal communication tools.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of working as a Band 6 physiotherapist in musculoskeletal outpatients.
  • Experience of quality issues and audit.
  • Postgraduate study and experience in Aquatic Therapy desirable.
