PRS LTD is currently seeking a highly skilled Culinary Expert to join their team. The successful candidate will work a rolling shift pattern with a minimum of 4 colleagues, preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner for up to 1100 people.

About the Role

This is a permanent chef position that requires a high level of culinary expertise. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in Culinary or equivalent and a Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2. They must also be able to obtain full security vetting and DBS clearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing Meals: The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner for up to 1100 people. This will involve working closely with a team of colleagues to ensure that meals are prepared to a high standard.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits including pension scheme and life insurance.

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 in Culinary: The successful candidate must have an NVQ Level 2 in Culinary or equivalent.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2: The successful candidate must also have a Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2.
  • Full Security Vetting and DBS Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to obtain full security vetting and DBS clearance.
