Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Supervisor to join our team at Igloo. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for leading the training of new team members, ensuring adherence to best practices, and supporting the team with vehicle delays, damages, and accident repairs.

You will also be responsible for running daily reports, managing booking confirmations and communications for vehicle movements, and providing effective leadership to ensure seamless communication within the team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, a background in the automotive or logistics sector, and excellent communication and customer service skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000-£33,000 per annum, based on the location and job requirements.
