Job Title: Content and Site Manager

As a key member of the ROAR Digital Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our content strategy and ensuring our online presence is engaging and effective. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute content plans that drive traffic to our clients' websites and enhance their online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver content strategies that align with our clients' goals and objectives.
  • Write high-quality, engaging content for our clients' websites, including blog posts, articles, and other digital content.
  • Contribute to the development of eBooks, guides, and other multimedia content that supports our clients' brand messaging.
  • Optimize client content across various social media and digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Research, write, proof, and edit content for clients across a range of media types.
  • Manage client content plans with our internal and external writers.
  • Create and manage our ongoing content strategy.
  • Write, proof, and optimize our online content, including website copy, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, and other media.
  • Develop content briefs for the team and any external writers.
  • Write case studies for ROAR's website.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
Requirements:
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Experience in writing content for numerous organizations in both B2B and B2C sectors.
  • Experience writing various types of copy, including blogs, web copy, guides, PR, and newsletters.
  • Experience in using market research to support targeted content generation.
  • Skilled in content creation tools and software, such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Frase.
  • Experience of using and updating CMS systems such as WordPress.
  • Experience in creating a range of content across a broad range of mediums and a good understanding of content use across social media platforms.
  • Experience in researching and writing technical copy.
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment across different projects and work on numerous projects at once.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients and partners.
