About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our team at Mediaworks. As a key member of our content team, you'll be responsible for developing and overseeing all content outputs for SEO purposes, and other digital channels where required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and maintain best practice approaches for content creation, with a focus on SEO.
  • Ensure that SEO best practices and cutting-edge developments are integrated into all content production.
  • Lead effective training and knowledge sharing to enable structured content creation capabilities across the agency.
  • Manage and develop a team of content writers and editors.
  • Align client and agency goals for key campaigns where content strategy and SEO are key drivers of performance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a senior content production/marketing role with a focus on SEO, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or related qualification.
  • CIM qualifications (desirable).
  • Good working knowledge of content production processes and opportunities for a range of digital channels and web platforms, specifically for achieving SEO objectives.
  • Demonstrable experience creating and guiding the creation of exceptional content for digital marketing solutions.
