Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing internal communications strategies that engage and inform colleagues
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to advise on effective communication strategies
  • Planning, drafting, and refining content to deliver communications projects and events
  • Sourcing and sharing news and initiatives internally through various channels
  • Delivering projects and activities efficiently, meeting budget requirements

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have ideally worked in a communication, events, or recognition role. Key skills and qualifications include:
  • Good project management, organizational, and delivery skills
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize workload for multiple projects
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Confidence in writing well-judged, convincing messages
  • Self-motivation and persistence, supporting an environment where everyone feels valued and listened to
