About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Infrastructure Surveyor to join our team in Kent. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in delivering real change to people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with a wide range of property clients from renewable energy clients, highway authorities, the Environment Agency, and utility companies.
  • Secure consent for survey access across third-party land, negotiate lease events, acquire land and buildings, negotiate business relocations, asset acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Contribute to strategic land acquisition reports, including site inspections across the Southwest and Wales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, attending client meetings, and preparing communications and reports.
Requirements
  • A RICS-accredited degree or non-accredited degree with relevant qualifications.
  • Experience within a real estate sector, gained through work experience or placements, is an advantage.
  • A full driving license is essential for regular travel.
