About the Role

We are seeking an Office Support professional to join our compliance team in Bury on a 12-month fixed-term basis, covering maternity leave.

This role involves providing operational support to the Compliance team and requires close collaboration with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct electronic checks of various systems to identify potential conflicts of interest and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Perform Anti-Money Laundering searches via online facilities and share results with relevant parties
  • Set up new matters on the Firm's case management system
  • Closure of cases on the system, including associated duties
  • Raise invoices as required
  • Schedule compliance reviews and update spreadsheets

Requirements:

  • Educated to GCSE level or above, or equivalent relevant experience
  • An inquisitive mind with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities
