About the Role

This is an opportunity to join an international, award-winning, Legal 500 ranked Law Firm in Kent as a Housing Management Solicitor.

The Housing Team is growing and is now in search of an experienced Solicitor and Senior Solicitor to join its Housing Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Partners on significant housing management claims
  • Communication with barristers and experts

Requirements

  • A qualified solicitor 2-8 PQE with experience in a similar litigated housing management background
  • Experience in running a high-quality litigation caseload
  • Experience dealing with anti-social behaviour, residential possession claims, civil injunctions, and housing disrepair is desirable
