**Job Description:
Your daily tasks may include supporting individuals with planning their weekly shop, going on outdoor adventures, providing everyday personal care, or teaching money management skills. You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure each person's needs are met, promoting independence and confidence.
**Requirements:**
- Full driving licence preferred but not essential
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., health, social care, psychology)
- Experience working with people with learning disabilities (or similar vulnerable groups)
