**Job Title:** Disability Support Worker
**Location:** Bishop's Stortford
We are looking for a skilled Disability Support Worker to join our team in Bishop's Stortford. As a Disability Support Worker, you will work directly with learning disabled adults, providing support and encouragement to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.
**Salary:** £12.00 per hour
**About the Role:
- You will work one-to-one with individuals, supporting them to develop skills and confidence
- Providing practical support with daily living tasks, you will help individuals to maintain their independence and well-being
- Collaborating with other professionals, you will work together to ensure person-centred support and delivery of excellent care
**What We Offer:
