Stock and Inventory Manager

About the Role:
- Receive and process deliveries using ERIKS and customer computer systems, allocating stock to shelves or personnel as required.
- Conduct regular stock checks, accurately recording data and analyzing results to identify discrepancies.
- Effectively manage stock ordering through our in-house system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of order expediting and customer interactions.
- Develop relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure seamless operations.
- Inspect deliveries to ensure quality standards are met.
- Negotiate prices and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Support the Customer Operations Manager in sourcing activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively at all levels.
- Administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Outlook and Excel.
- Knowledge of the industry is desirable but not essential.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
40 hours per week
1 hour break
