Job Title: Stock & Replenishment Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock & Replenishment Administrator to join our team at ERIKS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for receiving deliveries, stock checking, and effective ordering of stock items. You will also be the initial point of contact for customers and will establish relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving deliveries and accurately logging them using ERIKS and customer computer systems
  • Stock checking and counting stock according to a yearly, monthly, or weekly plan
  • Effective ordering of stock items via our in-house system
  • Responding to client enquiries and requests
  • Keeping order expediting up to date
  • Being the initial and key point of contact for the customer
  • Establishing relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Receipting deliveries of goods to ensure the correct items were received with the expected standard of quality
  • Negotiating prices and delivery schedules with suppliers
  • Supporting the Customer Operations Manager in sourcing activities

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Administrative Skills - Confident and able to work with Microsoft packages such as outlook and excel
  • Knowledge of a similar industry is preferable but not essential

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 5.00pm

Working Hours: 40

Breaks: 1 hour
