About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with daily living tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
- Assist with personal care and help clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet, and support with their medication.
- Follow individual care plans and work closely with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
