We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at a successful quick service restaurant in Plymouth. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations, including supervising staff, maintaining company systems, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Work in a hands-on capacity, leading from the front and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, staff engagement, and overall restaurant performance.
- Experience as a team leader, shift leader, or assistant manager in a fast-paced commercial customer-facing environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to supervise, train, and develop staff.
- Passion for quality food and drink, and exceptional customer service.
- Daytime shifts only, with alternate weekends off.
- Realistic progression opportunities, with a focus on developing and progressing your career.
