We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Evolve, a leading recruitment and outsourcing organisation operating within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Device and Life Science sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business as a Pharmacist based at our brand-new store in Gloucester, working 4 weekdays and Saturdays. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive package, including a salary of up to £62,000 DOE, plus an excellent benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Support in the execution of medication dispensing tasks, including compounding, packaging, and labelling medicines.
- Maintain quality control over medications through vigilant monitoring of drug therapies and providing expert interventions.
- Support pharmacy operations, working alongside Technicians, ensuring accurate preparation and labelling of medicines.
- GPhC registered Pharmacist with a passion for patient care.
- Hold a Master's degree in Pharmacy coupled with completed pre-registration training.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex medical information to diverse audiences.
- Genuine concern for the welfare and well-being of patients.
