Job Title: Chartered Tax Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading accountancy practice as a Chartered Tax Advisor. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with a diverse client base, providing expert advice on personal tax matters.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chartered Tax Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal tax, with experience in managing a portfolio of clients. The role will involve providing tailored advice to clients, researching tax issues, and managing a small portfolio of tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial client meetings to discuss needs and provide expert advice
  • Deliver tailored advice to clients throughout the entire process
  • Research tax issues and solutions to provide the best possible advice
  • Manage a small portfolio of tax returns from client requests to submissions
  • Review the work of junior team members and provide guidance and support
  • Identify and promote new tax advisory opportunities for existing and new clients
Requirements:
  • CTA qualified with experience advising on personal tax matters
  • Personable and professional communication skills with clients
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines and monitor performance targets
  • Evidence of prior tax advisory experience may be requested
