Culinary Leadership Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join Crerar Hotels Group as a Head of Culinary Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen team, creating new dishes and menus, and driving business growth through culinary excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams, creating menus, and maintaining profit margins. A key requirement is a passion for delivering great service, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Create new dishes and menus that drive business growth.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and health and safety.

Benefits of this role include an estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 100% service charge, flexible working patterns, pension, training and development opportunities, team meals, free team transport, and discounted rates across our group of hotels.
