Job Description
"The Frontline Advisor role at Churchill Square Shopping Centre is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to deliver exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Delivering high-quality service to customers in person, by telephone, and by email.
  2. Providing information on the Centre's facilities, job vacancies, car parking, and other services.
  3. Managing the Collect Plus service and promoting Gift Cards, processing card payments, and maintaining accurate records of sales and transactions.
  4. Handling customer complaints professionally and passing relevant comments to Centre Management.
  5. Answering phones and assisting with various administrative tasks.
  6. Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide customer service support where required.
