We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Renault UK. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive service to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Service Coordination: Manage all service telephone, email, and walk-in enquiries, ensuring that customers are informed and updated on the status of their vehicle.
  • Workshop Management: Facilitate the efficient operation of the Service department workshop, booking work accurately and gathering and sharing all relevant information with the team.
  • Customer Feedback: Continuously seek to improve customer service feedback by identifying service improvement opportunities within the aftersales department and sharing any customer feedback with the management team.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Maintain knowledge of Renault retention products and services and upsell where appropriate to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise other service advisors and provide guidance and support to ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy and demanding environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information accurately and concisely.
  • Organisation and Prioritisation: Strong organisation and prioritisation skills to schedule work effectively balancing the needs of the customer and the capacity of the workshop.
  • Technical Awareness: Good technical awareness or understanding of vehicles and components.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexible team player able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support the aftersales team during busy periods.
  • Results Focus: Results-focused with the ability to overcome obstacles to success and learn from feedback.
