Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Building Performance Consultant to join their energy team in Bristol.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience within an energy or sustainability role within the construction industry, an educational background within a sustainability, architectural, or engineering discipline, and proficiency with IES-VE software when carrying out energy modeling.
Key responsibilities include using IES-VE software to optimize building performance, carrying out overheating assessments in accordance with CIBSE TM59, mentoring junior energy consultants, and leading and delivering building physics-related projects.
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations and legislations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
