Head of Ecommerce Opportunity

Grafton Recruitment is pleased to be working with a leading ecommerce business in the Midlands, seeking an experienced Head of Ecommerce to drive online trading and sales strategy.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maximising revenue and customer acquisition through data-driven e-commerce performance metrics.
  • Leading a team and collaborating with a performance marketing agency to drive online business growth.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including product merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotions.
  • Developing and executing paid search, social media advertising, and performance marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Providing regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and actionable recommendations.
  • Liaising with product and supply chain teams to ensure optimal product availability and stock management.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce, with experience in driving online sales growth and overseeing e-commerce performance metrics.
