About the Role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team in Nottingham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing matters from start to finish, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, shared ownership, right to buy, and registered and unregistered titles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters, ensuring timely and efficient completion of transactions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent client care and proactive support
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth of the department
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in conveyancing, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
