About the Role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team in Nottingham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing matters from start to finish, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, shared ownership, right to buy, and registered and unregistered titles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters, ensuring timely and efficient completion of transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client care and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth of the department.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in conveyancing, with a strong understanding of conveyancing law and practice.
  • Excellent client care skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of organization and time management skills.
