Residential Conveyancer Opportunity

A leading full service law firm, SJC Partners, is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join their high-performing property team in Northampton. This is an ideal opportunity for a Solicitor, Newly Qualified Solicitor or Conveyancer looking to progress within the firm, which offers a lot of training and career development.

The Role:
  • Handle a varied caseload of conveyancing files from inception to completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Delegate work to assistants or support staff.
  • Service existing clients to an exceptional standard.
  • Deal with and raise enquiries.

The Candidate:
  • Possess a minimum of 3 plus years of fee-earning experience in a residential property role.
  • Have experience handling varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion.

  • Have the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
