Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Aberdeen. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to individuals with varying levels of need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to service users in a range of accommodation settings, including their own homes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support carers and enable service users to maintain and develop their potential.
  • Contribute to the social, physical, and mental wellbeing of service users.
  • Manage and administer service users' medication accurately.
  • Maintain and develop clear and accurate records, including risk assessments and care plans.

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum of a qualification required by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
  • Be registered or willing to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG).
  • Have basic IT skills, including the use of smartphones and iPads.
