Paediatric Speech Therapy Role in Oxford - Join Our Team

We are recruiting a highly-skilled Speech and Language Therapist to work within our Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist speech and language therapy to children and young people with craniofacial conditions.

You will work closely with families, local services, and other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in paediatric therapy, working alongside experienced colleagues and contributing to national initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need significant experience as a Speech and Language Therapist, with a strong background in paediatric therapy, eating and drinking, communication skills, and evidence-based practice. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and adapt your practice to meet individual patient needs.

The estimated salary for this position is around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as annual leave and Bank Holidays. We also offer a range of training and development opportunities to support your career growth.
