Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Student Placement and Wellbeing Team Lead to oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and management of UK-wide counselling and psychotherapy students joining our Student Placement Scheme. The successful candidate will ensure the team is well-supported, carefully coordinated, and led with enthusiasm and organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage student placements across the UK
  • Ensure efficient coordination and leadership of the Student Placement and Wellbeing Team
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in organised management and developing processes
  • A strong background in working with CRM systems, dashboards, and other IT systems
  • A history of working within schools, further education, or commercial environments
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

In addition, you should possess relevant experience in the field and hold a DBS check (or be willing to obtain one). Employment visa sponsorship may be required now or in the future.
