Job Summary
As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in delivering complex flood risk projects, managing budgets, and developing strategic plans. Your expertise in surface water management, drainage design, and SuDS systems will be invaluable in shaping our company's direction in this area.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and contribute to flood risk studies, including assessments and strategies.
- Develop and implement sustainable drainage designs using software packages such as Micro Drainage and XP Storm.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality project outcomes, meeting deadlines and budget targets.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in civil engineering, water resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leadership roles, managing teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, including the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015.
