Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer at Hiremech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our customers' equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include attending customer sites to determine work requirements, liaising with stakeholders to provide clear expectations, and identifying and resolving issues promptly.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Deliver high-quality service to customers, meeting or exceeding their expectations.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks, adhering to agreed-upon schedules.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the team through effective communication and collaboration.
