**Assistant Manager - Hospitality & Leisure Professional**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Detail 2 Recruitment. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our General Manager in leading the team, driving sales, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies and initiatives.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques, leveraging your expertise in the hospitality and leisure industry.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent service delivery and team morale.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies, initiatives, and projects, working closely with the General Manager and other stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
  • Previous experience in hospitality, leisure, or retail, with a proven track record of success in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
