Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team in Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating our store team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • To oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management and visual merchandising
  • To maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • To identify opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement and implement changes as necessary

Requirements

  • 1+ years of retail experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and empower team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and demands
