About the Role

We are seeking experienced carers to join our team at Choice Care, where we provide high-quality home care services in Lancashire.

As a carer, you will work directly with private clients and their families, or in partnership with social services, Clinical Commissioning Groups, solicitors, and health professionals.

Your responsibilities will include delivering the best possible care and support for our clients, who may have dementia, sensory impairment, physical difficulties, spinal and head injuries, or other needs.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, paid waiting and travel time, mileage at 35p/mile, and a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, paid training, and funded care qualifications.

Our company culture is built on providing induction training, supporting carers to achieve their diploma/NVQ qualification in care, and promoting a long-term career in care.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in health or social care
  • Driving License and use of a car
  • Right to work in the UK
