**Business Development Manager Job Description:**

At Blue Legal, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through the development and implementation of business development strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and success
  2. Identify new opportunities to win work from clients, prospects, and targets
  3. Work closely with senior personnel to develop and implement business development initiatives
  4. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop business development and marketing materials
  5. Represent the firm at conferences and events

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Proven track record of building relationships with individuals across various roles and seniority levels
  • Experience working with senior personnel, coaching, and influencing their approach to business development
  • Strong understanding of business development principles and practices

**Salary and Benefits:**

The estimated salary range for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
