As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality support to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities
  • Supporting individuals to discover new interests and reach their goals
  • Helping individuals to engage in leisure, home, or work-related activities
  • Providing physical and emotional support, as well as assistance with household tasks and personal care
  • Supporting individuals with healthcare needs, including administering medication
