Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus a car allowance, bonus scheme, and genuine flexible working environment. Additionally, we offer private health/dental care, life assurance, and generous holiday allowance.

Job Description

As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for undertaking building/TDD surveys, schedules of dilapidations, party wall awards, reinstatement cost assessments, licence to alterations, project/bank monitoring, contract administration, project management, employers agent, and planned maintenance programmes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a BSc in Building Surveying, MRICS qualification, proven commercial experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. A full UK drivers' license is also essential.
