Opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor
In the Thames Valley region, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Building Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial building consultancy, with a focus on providing expert advice to clients.
We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 per annum, with excellent benefits including car allowance, bonus scheme, flexible working hours, and professional membership fees paid.
The role involves undertaking diverse projects, including CAT A office fit outs, schedules of dilapidations, party wall awards, and refurbishments. We work with a range of clients, including financial institutions, high net-worth individuals, MOD, and occupiers.

    * MRICS qualified
