Scottish Autism seeks a dedicated Autism Practitioner to join our team at Appletree Housing Support Service in Auchterarder. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to an autistic adult living in their own home.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive living environment, assisting with daily tasks, and promoting independence and social inclusion. You will work closely with the individual, their family, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of autism, excellent communication skills, and a patient, empathetic approach to supporting individuals with complex needs.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.01 - £13.76 per hour, which equates to an annual salary of approximately £25,038 - £26,476, based on a 35-hour workweek. You will also receive additional compensation of £96 for each sleepover worked.
