Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Ackerman Pierce Ltd as a Housing Options Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the relocation project from two sites within North London.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed CAD drawings to support the decant project.
  • Develop and implement plans and schedules to achieve the decant of two temporary accommodations and any enabling moves within/between other buildings.
  • Assist with office design and management considerations as requested.
  • Oversee the implementation of the accommodation strategy.
  • Conduct investigations and surveys as required to inform project scope and works specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD and experience working on decant projects. They will be able to bring knowledge and practical skills to the council and contribute to the success of the accommodation moves team.
