Job Role

As a key member of the Protearecruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to support the growth and development of our site personnel.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  2. Design and deliver engaging training sessions on job-specific skills and key competencies.
  3. Provide refresher training and updates to ensure employees remain up-to-date with changing business requirements.
  4. Offer ad hoc training and support as needed to address emerging issues.
  5. Collaborate with operational teams to provide operational support during peak periods.
  6. Prepare and submit timely reports on ongoing projects and initiatives.
  7. Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills, with a flexible approach to adapting to changing business demands.
  8. Utilize Microsoft packages to support training delivery and administration.
  9. Ensure a high level of English language proficiency to effectively communicate with colleagues and employees.
