We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Auxo Commercial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, generating leads for our digital transformation consultancy services.

This is a high-growth role that offers the opportunity to directly impact the success of our business while earning uncapped commission. If you have a strong background in selling consultancy services, particularly in digital transformation, and are passionate about sales, digital innovation, and helping organizations embrace transformative solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Proactively identify, research, and engage with potential clients, generating leads for digital transformation consultancy services.

  • Pipeline Management:

Nurture prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring consistent and high-quality communication.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with the Client Partner team to strategize and win new business, including responding to RFPs and closing deals.

  • New Business Acquisition:

Meet and exceed targets for leads, meetings, and closed business.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3+ years in a Business Development or Sales role, with a proven track record of selling consultancy services (in digital transformation).
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation solutions, such as cloud services, process automation, data analytics, and organizational change management.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
