This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy and growing service at Lincolnshire County Council. As a Registration Services Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of registration activities, including birth registration appointments, death management, and civil registration records.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely processing of registration requests, including copy certificates and corrections.
- Support and maintain civil registration records for the registration district.
- Perform various duties required of a Deputy Superintendent Registrar, including supporting customers on their registration journey.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring work is completed within agreed standards and timescales.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who possess a "can-do" attitude and are passionate about ensuring a high level of service for the residents of Lincolnshire. You will need to have a high standard of IT literacy, strong customer service skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
