Landscape Supervisor

We are pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Landscape Supervisor to oversee the stunning gardens managed by Guildford Borough Council.
In this role, you will engage in hands-on management while collaborating with our dedicated team of grounds maintenance staff to uphold the highest standards in all garden operations.
A degree of physical fitness is necessary, along with a passion for outdoor work. Proven knowledge and experience in horticulture, sports field upkeep, and team leadership are crucial for success in this position.
The role requires a commitment of 41 hours per week during the summer months and 29 hours per week in winter, typically from Monday to Friday, with potential for weekend shifts and early starts. Opportunities for overtime may also be available. A valid UK driving license is essential for operating Council vehicles across various sites.
