**Job Title: Maintenance/Handyman**

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance/Handyman to join our team. As a Maintenance/Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the maintenance and repair of our facilities. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our buildings and equipment are in excellent working condition.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- Perform repairs, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Install and maintain fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Handle general maintenance duties, including HVAC system maintenance, landscaping, and cleaning
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to coordinate repairs and maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while performing maintenance tasks
- Assist with maintaining an inventory of supplies and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance/Handyman or similar role
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Proficient in handling various tools and equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Salary**: £14.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
