About the Opportunity

Hearmarth Limited, a leading provider of children's residential services in Gloucester, is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join its team. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to clients, working collaboratively with the team to achieve outstanding outcomes, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to data protection and confidentiality protocols.
Requirements
  • A degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Experience working in children's residential services, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
