We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Receptionist and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a receptionist and administrative coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities- Welcoming and supporting customers in a professional manner
- Providing administrative support to customers and colleagues
- Managing customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
- Recording calls & visits, and relaying messages in timely manner
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
